ITINERARY
Day 1: Welcome to Jordan! Touch down in Aqaba, Jordan’s only coastal city, where the Red Sea’s turquoise waters and vibrant marine life greet us with warm, sunny weather. After clearing immigration, we’ll transfer to our hotel and settle in. Spend the afternoon unwinding after your journey—whether that’s strolling along the lively waterfront, sipping fresh juice at a seaside café, or dipping your toes in the Red Sea. In the evening, we’ll gather for a welcome dinner, where you’ll meet your fellow travelers and get a taste of Jordan’s delicious cuisine. Think fresh seafood, local mezze, and aromatic spices—all with a laid-back coastal vibe. Then, rest up for the exciting journey ahead! Day 2: From the Red Sea to the Mars-Like Landscapes of Wadi Rum Wake up to the refreshing sea breeze of Aqaba and enjoy a leisurely breakfast with views of the Red Sea. Depending on our departure time, you may have time for a morning dip in the sea, a quick snorkeling session, or a stroll through Aqaba’s lively markets to pick up local spices, Jordanian coffee, or handcrafted souvenirs. By late morning, we’ll say goodbye to the coast and set off on a 1-hour drive to Wadi Rum—the legendary desert of towering sandstone mountains, endless red dunes, and otherworldly Mars-like landscapes. Upon arrival, we’ll hop into 4x4 jeeps for an exhilarating off-road safari, exploring hidden canyons, ancient petroglyphs, and breathtaking panoramic viewpoints. As the sun begins to set, casting a golden glow over the desert, we’ll arrive at our luxury camp, where we’ll settle into our tents before enjoying a traditional Zarb dinner—a Bedouin feast slow-cooked underground. End the night stargazing under some of the clearest skies on Earth, with nothing but the sound of the desert around us. Day 3: Wadi Rum → Petra Wake up to a breathtaking desert sunrise in Wadi Rum, with the soft golden light illuminating the rugged cliffs. After a traditional Bedouin breakfast, we’ll bid farewell to the desert and make our way to Petra, Jordan’s most iconic treasure and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, passing through stunning desert landscapes along the way. Upon arrival, we’ll enter through the Siq, a dramatic narrow canyon with towering pink sandstone walls that lead to the legendary Treasury (Al-Khazneh)—a sight that never fails to amaze. From here, we’ll explore Petra’s fascinating ruins, including the Royal Tombs, the Street of Facades, and the ancient Roman theater. For those craving adventure, an optional hike up to the Monastery (Al-Deir) offers one of the most spectacular views in Petra. The climb is challenging but rewarding, with sweeping vistas over the surrounding mountains and desert. After a full day of exploring this ancient Nabataean city, we’ll head to our hotel nearby to unwind. In the evening, you can relax or choose to experience Petra by Night, where the Treasury is beautifully illuminated by thousands of candles, creating a magical, almost otherworldly atmosphere. Day 4: Petra → Dead Sea → Amman After breakfast, we’ll depart Petra and journey toward the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth. The 3-hour drive winds through breathtaking desert and mountain landscapes, offering stunning views along the way. Upon arrival, take some time to float effortlessly in the mineral-rich waters, famous for their therapeutic properties. Cover yourself in Dead Sea mud, known for its skin benefits, or simply relax by the shore, soaking in the surreal surroundings. After a refreshing afternoon, we’ll continue our journey to Amman, Jordan’s dynamic capital, arriving by late afternoon. Once checked into our hotel, the evening is yours to unwind or explore the city’s lively cafés, restaurants, and souks. Day 5: Exploring Jerash & Discovering Amman Start the day with a trip to Jerash, one of the best-preserved Roman ruins in the world, just about an hour’s drive from Amman. Wander through ancient streets lined with towering columns, explore the grand Roman theater, and marvel at the intricate carvings of the Temple of Artemis. Jerash is a true step back in time, offering a glimpse into the grandeur of the Roman Empire. In the afternoon, we’ll head back to Amman, where you can dive into the city’s vibrant blend of ancient and modern life. Visit the Citadel for panoramic views of the city and explore the ancient Temple of Hercules. Then, head to the Roman Theater, a majestic site that’s still used for performances today. For a taste of local life, stroll through Rainbow Street, known for its charming cafés, street art, and local shops. If time allows, you can also visit the Jordan Museum or explore the lively souks for unique crafts and spices. In the evening, we’ll gather for a farewell dinner, where you can reflect on the unforgettable journey through Jordan. Day 6: Departure After a final breakfast in Amman, it’s time to say goodbye to Jordan. Depending on your flight time, you may have a bit of leisure time to explore or do some last-minute shopping. We’ll then transfer to the airport for your departure. Safe travels, and see you again soon! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=/BzWuKZ1NqroREVIEWS
