We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your trip reservation. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking a spot on our trip.

1. Down Payment

To secure your spot on the trip, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This down payment confirms your reservation and covers administrative and planning expenses.

2. Free Cancellation Period

You may cancel your reservation within 72 hours of booking. During this period, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be fully refunded, excluding any third-party payment processing fees, which are non-refundable.

3. Remaining Payment

The remaining balance of the total trip cost is due no later than 90 days before the trip start date. Failure to make this payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and the down payment will not be refunded.

4. Cancellation 90 or More Days Before Trip Start

If you cancel your reservation 90 days or more before the trip start date, any amount paid beyond the deposit will be fully refunded, less any non-refundable third-party payment processing fees. The deposit itself remains non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Less Than 90 Days Before Trip Start

If you cancel your reservation less than 90 days before the trip start date, the full payment (total amount) that you have paid is non-refundable.

6. Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request and issued to the original form of payment (bank account or credit card provided at the time of booking). Contact us at info@gagagoapp.com if you have any questions.

7. Transferring Reservation

In certain cases, we may allow you to transfer your reservation to another individual. Please contact us at least 30 days before the trip start date if you wish to explore this option.

8. Trip Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we must cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund, including the down payment, or offer an alternative trip date, at your discretion.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, personal emergencies, or travel disruptions.
