User Agreement

Welcome to Gagago. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Gagago website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, submitting information, communicating with other users, or booking a trip through Gagago, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
- About Gagago
Gagago is a travel-focused platform that helps individuals connect with other travelers and discover curated group travel experiences.
Through the Platform, users may:
• Create traveler profiles
• Connect with other travelers
• Participate in community features
• Browse and book curated group trips
• Access travel-related content and services
- Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account or use Gagago’s booking services.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
• All information you provide is accurate and current.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
Gagago reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or create risk for other users or the Platform.
- Community Standards
When using community features, you agree to interact respectfully with others.
You may not:
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate another person
• Post unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content
• Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial solicitation
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Upload malicious software or interfere with Platform operations
Gagago reserves the right to remove content or restrict access for violations of these standards.
- User Interactions
Gagago provides tools that allow users to communicate and connect with one another. We do not independently verify the identity, background, intentions, or conduct of users.
Any interactions, meetings, travel arrangements, or communications between users are solely at their own risk.
- Group Trip Bookings
Gagago may offer curated group travel experiences through the Platform.
All bookings are subject to additional trip-specific terms, policies, waivers, cancellation policies, and participant agreements that may be presented during the booking process.
In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and a trip-specific agreement, the trip-specific agreement shall control with respect to that booking.
- Payments
Payments for trips, deposits, upgrades, and related services may be processed through third-party payment providers.
By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amounts associated with your purchase.
- Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its content, branding, logos, software, text, graphics, and design elements, is owned by Gagago or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.
- User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform.
By posting content, you grant Gagago a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and use such content for Platform operations, marketing, and promotional purposes.
- Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, accommodations, transportation providers, tour operators, or other travel-related vendors.
Gagago is not responsible for the actions, content, products, or services of third parties.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gagago disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gagago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- Changes to the Platform
Gagago may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
- Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gagago is legally organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
