Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your trip reservation. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking a spot on our trip.

1. Down Payment

To secure your spot on the trip, a down payment of 10% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking. This down payment ensures your reservation and covers administrative and planning expenses.

2. Free Cancellation Period

You have the option to cancel your reservation within 72 hours of booking without any penalty or charges. During this period, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, including the down payment.

3. Remaining Payment

The remaining 90% of the total trip cost is due no later than 60 days before the trip start date. Failure to make this payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and the down payment will not be refunded.

4. Cancellation 60 or More Days Before Trip Start

If you cancel your reservation 60 or more days before the trip start date, the 90% of the total trip cost that you have paid will be refunded to you in full. You’ll get a trip credit for your down payment of 10%, minus a $100 cancellation fee.

5. Cancellation Less Than 60 Days Before Trip Start

If you cancel your reservation less than 60 days before the trip start date, the full payment (total amount) that you have paid is non-refundable.

6. Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be issued in the bank account you provide. Contact us at helpdesk@gagagoapp.com if you have any questions.

7. Transferring Reservation

In certain cases, we may allow you to transfer your reservation to another individual. Please contact us at least 30 days before the trip start date if you wish to explore this option.

8. Trip Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we must cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund, including the down payment, or offer an alternative trip date, at your discretion.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, personal emergencies, or travel disruptions.

This cancellation policy may be subject to change, so we recommend reviewing it periodically.
